I made my frame with 1x3 wood. Cut a groove for the chart and hot glued it in. The frame project was a PAIN!!

I downloaded a chart and had Staples print it on foam core. This made for easy work with the Foam Werks dole drill. The drill makes a hole SILGHTLY smaller than the non-waterproofed LEDs I bought.

This was perfect to hold them in place (hot-glued them later) and allows just the crown through the chart for a very neat final product. The foam core also allows for neat razor cuts and super-easy scraping away the foam from the back...

which let me mount a 6-position knob and five OLED displays.

The knob above set into a section I cleared, and although it was plenty secure with the included retaining nut, I tossed some hot glue around it.  The photocell also went into a crude recess and I took the sensor right through the chart in an inconspicuous location - Specifically a G in the word WARNING. With only a minor tweak to the rheostat, it works swimmingly.

The final product still isn't quite final. I do stick a QR code in the corner... I haven't made the commitment to drill and label nine legend LED holes... or to label the rotary knob positions. for anyone to play with if they're on my WiFi. Not certain if all six view options are even interesting...
