v3.1 image first run fails

Having a challenge - Hope you can help. Loaded the image... Pi boots to command and starts running metar-display-v31.py but starts returning errors and hangs. I don't use OLEDs if that matters... Might there be a fix?

As discussed off this site running sudo raspi-config and connecting the pi to your WiFi resolves this issue. We will try to update the documentation to reflect this better.

Its about 1/4 of the way down the page under the heading of Basic Configuration. Hope this helps - Mark
