Not allowing me to login using my IP address with:5000

For some reason I can’t log back in it’s telling me this site is not reached it shows my IP address and then it says it took too long to respond. 
any help would be appreciative

Hmm, I guess I would suggest verifying the IP address that the RPI currently has. In other words, the router possibly has assigned a new IP address to it. If you have a monitor connected, the IP address will be displayed on boot up, or you can use the BerryLan app to reset the WiFi which will also show you the IP address. The manual way is to get into your router's admin function and have it list all the devices that are currently connected. This can be a bit of a pill if you haven't done this before. BTW: your router will have a way for you to reserve the current IP address so your map always gets assigned the same number. This would be worth doing.

If your board will boot up and run, and you have OLED display's connected, it will display the IP address on the OLED's as well. 

Although unlikely, it may be possible to have 2 settings conflicting with each other causing the script to exit with an error. i.e. Setting 'Displays Used' to 'Yes' when there are no displays connected. Once again, if you have a monitor connected it will display the error code. If this is the case, post the error here.

Mark thanks for your help.
my router shows an IP address xxx.xxx.x.213 and when I enter that it doesn’t work. When I look at my IP address on my router it shows additional IP address is under IPV4, I entered the other IP address under the IPV4 xxx.xxx.x.221 and it works.

Not sure why the IP address 213 doesn’t work anymore but the new IP address 221 works.  
I added the additional ground wire that we talked about earlier and for some reason the system automatically reboots and now it turns each LED to a red and blue color. 

I do have a question in regards to how can I save the airports that I put in Because every time I reload this I lose all the airports and it goes back to the default airports. I tried to restore The airport from restore file function and it doesn’t seem to work.

To save the airports, you should be able to download airports file from the utilities menu. Then install/upgrade the software. Then use the import airports function on the airports editor. This should work just fine. If for some reason its not, then you would have to copy the file over to the /NeoSectional directory on the RPI manually. The easiest way to do that is to use a program like Snowflake where you can easily copy files back and forth.

Mark, Thanks for your help, I have the IP address problem worked out..

I'm still have the problem where the leds flash and it looks like the system reboots.

I attached a monitor to the Raspberry Pi and can see the program running (Cycle Num = 0, Cycle Num = 1 to Cycle Num =5) I was able to take a picture of the running program system when the leds flash and Pi reboots.

Would it be helpful if I would forward the picture?

Just not sure why the program does that.

I know we talked about adding a ground wire back to the Pi and that didn't help.

Tom, yes--post the picture and or video here so we can look at it. Also, post a picture of the RPI, wired to the breadboard and LED's all in one picture. Try to get all the wires in the frame as well so they are not cut off. This may help as well. - Mark

Assuming the 'shutoff map' log entry on the screenshot above has not been commanded by you, but is happening on its own; disconnect the lead that goes to the RPI Pin 13. If this line goes low, the script will issue a shutdown command. - Mark

I shut off the screen so I can caption the part above the command to shut it off.

every time all the LEDs flash and the pi reboots this is what’s displayed on the screen.
